How to compose a mail

Hi! In today's blog we will explain you how to compose a mail ๐Ÿ“

Keep reading to discover it ๐Ÿ˜‰

When you've to turn in an assignment to your teacher or a document to your boss, follow the steps that we describe for you afterward:

First of all, you have to go to Gmail

(If you haven't Sign in to Gmail, here we leave you our post where we talk about it)

On the upper left side of  the page, you'll see a button that says "Compose"

Click it and it would appear a window

In the placeholder "to" you've to write the email of who you're turning in this mail.

Then, in the placeholder "Subject" write a short and compact topic of the reason why you're sending this email, for example "English Assignment" or "Project of Security System" or something like that, it have to be short and understandable.

Therefore, it has a blank space

There, write a greeting. If it's for a friend you could write something like "Hi! how you're doing dude? I'm sending you the photos of Matt's Birthday ๐ŸŽˆ๐ŸŽŠ๐ŸŽ" you can use emojis too (if you don't know how to insert them, read our post about how to insert emojis).

If it's for your boss or your teacher, you've to be more formal, and write a greeting like "Good Morning Miss Paty. Here, I send to you the English Assignment..."

In case that it's to a request of information or to contact yourself with an enterprise, you can write something like "Good morning. I'm from Defenders Team, I want to ask about your service of..." basically, like a letter, and finish it with a short message like "With kinds regards, Defenders Team."

Then, you can attach a document or file ( here we leave you our post link where we talk about it) or an image (you can read more about it here) or insert a link (learn how to do it here)

Then, in the lower left side, it's a button that says "send", click it and that's it! You already send the email!

It's not a big deal, isn't it? ๐Ÿ˜‰ We hope we've helped you!

Thanks for reading us! ๐Ÿ˜Šโค
